About 7 weeks ago, I started a new job so I’ve decided to do a new edition of What’s In My Bag? I’ve already done two, the first was a graduation edition which is pretty transferable to any night out/party/event and the other was an everyday edition although now, my work edition is more like my everyday edition. Some of the things are pictured below but you can see everything in the picture above. I will let you know where I got everything from and I’ll add the links where I can (some links are affiliate links) so let’s get started!
First, I’m going to show you my bag. I absolutely adore it and it’s perfect for work and everyday life, I can fit so much into it and so easy to carry. It has the two handles on the top as well as an over the shoulder strap which is essential for me, I hate having a bag without one. I also really love the colour on this bag, I don’t have many purple things so it’s a bit different for me and having it a darker colour makes it easier to hide any marks which is always a bonus when you use it so much. I got it from New Look and until I looked on the website, I didn’t know that it came in other colours because they only had purple in the shop. You can get the bag here for £26.24 (usually £34.99). I added the E charm so it doesn’t come with the bag. It was a gift but I think it came from Next.
The next thing is also from Primark and again, you can read about it in my haul linked above. It’s this Disney purse thing and I keep a little hairbrush inside as well as some clips and bobbles because I often get sick of having my hair down and just need it off my back so it’s always handy to have bobbles in your bag.
Living in Wales, you never know what the weather is going to be which is why I keep a little umbrella in my bag at all times, especially this time of year when it’s often raining. I got this one from pound stretcher (I think, it’s one of the pound land/world/stretcher shops!).
I have been looking for a lip scrub for AGES because my lips are so dry and chapped all year but especially in the winter and I’m always trying to get them smooth and I saw this one in Lush and about £6 and although it’s quite expensive for a small pot, it will last a while so I didn’t mind getting it. It’s bubblegum flavoured and tastes amazing!
Recently, I’ve been letting my nails grow a bit longer than I used to so I picked up this little nail kit in Primark (again, it’s in the haul post) and it’s been so useful because I sometimes break a nail or it gets caught on something and I need to fix it so this nail kit has been super handy!
That’s it for this post, it’s only a quick one as I’m trying to get back into blogging as I’ve been pretty absent from my blog since I started working – you can read why here. If you would like me to write a post about something in the future, please let me know in the comments below!
Thanks for reading, Em xo
