Hey! Welcome back, guys! So, you may have seen yesterday I showed you how I got on with my April set up and told you how I got on with my goals for the month, today, I’ll be showing you my May bullet journal set up and my goals for May.
My layout for April was a bit all over the place. It was my first month, I got excited by what I found on Pinterest so I just had so many things going on but I’m glad in a way because it’s taught me what works and what doesn’t so I’ll be trying some new things this month. I also decided to have a theme which is pink and purple with some flowers.
For May, I wanted a summery cover so I went with this sunny flowery picture and I really like it! I’m not the best artist but I’m trying to improve. I also have this quote, it’s not the neatest and I definitely need to work on my writing but I saw the quote and really liked it which is why it’s there.
Yesterday, I mentioned that I struggled with last month’s highlights/gratitudes page so this month I’m trying something different. I like it because there’s no pressure to add something every day, it’s just when something happens and I can look back on it in the future.
I also mentioned yesterday that I’ve made my habit tracker a lot smaller this month because there were so many unnecessary things in last month’s tracker. I definitely wish I had done it the other way across one page instead of taking up two, I need to try and fill the bottom in with something.
Blog and Social Media Calendar
You may know that I recently took over a facebook group and as I showed you yesterday, the quick calendar I drew up last month was a mess so I decided to make one that covers all of my blog and social media tasks.
Last month, I went with a monthly spread but I decided this month that I wanted some extra room to write what I need to do each day so I came up with this layout and I really love how it turned out!
I have four goals this month which are:
- Get 100 WordPress Followers – I’m currently on 84 so I think this is an achievable goal.
- Get 1,600 Twitter Followers – At the time of writing this, I’m on 1,483 so again, I think this is quite an achievable goal.
- Get 150 Instagram Followers – My goal for April was 50 followers and I’m almost at 100 which is incredible!
- Finish Unmasked by Andrew Lloyd Webber – I’m really struggling with this book, I really only wanted to read it to find out about the musicals so I think I’ll just skip through and read the show parts so I’m hoping to do this by the end of the month.
Do you have any goals for this month? Let me know in the comments! I hope you enjoyed this post, if you did, please share it using the buttons below!
